Edward Weng, PT, DPT

Eddie initially attended University at Buffalo for his freshman year of college then transferred to Hunter College and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. He then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025 from New York Medical College. Fun fact, he is one of two physical therapists in his family.

Towards the end of his academic journey at NYMC, he presented his doctoral project on Cerebral Palsy along with his fellow classmates. During his clinical rotations throughout PT school, he had the opportunity to work acute bedside at Maimonides Hospital treating various sectors of PT such as neuro, ortho, cardiopulmonary and pediatrics. He also did a clinical rotation for a home health agency treating the geriatric population and specifically those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. However, he found his passion when he did his 2nd clinical rotation at Spear, specifically the Prospect Heights – Barclays Center location, working with the orthopedic population. 

In his free time, Eddie enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his significant other and family and wishes to travel more in the future.
