Kelsey Lavin, PT, DPT
Westchester - Dobbs FerryKelsey graduated from Ithaca College with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. During her undergraduate years at IC, she completed a minor in exercise science, which allowed her to explore her interest in the science of human movement and performance. Kelsey also competed with IC’s women’s D3 rowing team for 4 years.
During her clinical affiliations, Kelsey evaluated and treated a wide variety of conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings. Through her experiences, she gravitated toward orthopedic and sports populations. Kelsey also has a strong foundation in manual therapy. As a DPT student, she was a teaching assistant for two manual therapy courses. Kelsey implements an individualized blend of manual therapy into her treatments and takes a holistic approach to meet the needs of each patient.
Starting at 8 years old Kelsey became passionate about snowboarding. During her time in Ithaca, NY she spent two winters as a snowboard instructor at Greek Peak Mountain Resort. In March 2023 she earned her Level I Snowboard Instructor Certification from the American Association of Snowboard Instructors. Growing up in Somers, NY Kelsey played softball from age 7 to 18. During her summers she worked as a coach at a softball camp in Westchester, NY coaching kids ages 4-15.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys snowboarding, lifting, playing pickleball, trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
